Raw Food Recipes:
*The following raw food recipes are examples of just a few possible uses for EatRaw products. As with most recipes, a little experimentation goes a long way towards tailoring them to suit your individual tastes.

Raw Tibetan Goji Berries

Goji Milk
½ cup Goji Berries - Grind in blender or coffee grinder.
20 oz water
1 heaping tablespoon Almond Butter
1 level tablespoon Raw Honey
¼ teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
4 ice cubes
Blend for one minute.

Tibetan Goji Berries

Raw Goji Berries
Soak Goji Berries for 30 minutes to soften. Great snack for babies and children.
Or grind in coffee grinder and add to any raw fruit smoothie.

Raw Chocolate Nibs

Raw Chocolate Pudding
2 tablespoons Cacao powder
1-½ Avocados
½ Vanilla bean
¼ cup Flax oil
5 Dates
¾ Cups water
1 tablespoon Raw Honey
¼ teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
Put in blender and mix until creamy consistency.

Raw Chocolate Nibs

Raw Chocolate Nibs
Eat Cacao Nibs whole: 1 handful, dip in Raw Honey and eat.
Grind 2 tablespoons and add to any raw fruit smoothie. Excellent quick pick-me-up!

Raw SunFlower Seeds

Raw Sunflower Milk
1 cup hulled Sunflower Seeds
1 tablespoon Raw Honey
1 pinch Celtic Sea Salt
20 oz Water

Mix in blender until creamy
Strain through fine strainer. Use remaining pulp for Banana Bread Recipe. Pulp can be frozen or refrigerated until needed.

BuckWheat Groats

Banana Bread
4 Bananas
¼ cup finely ground Flax Seeds
½ cup finely ground Cacao Nibs
2 cups Sunflower Seeds or Pulp
1 cup ground Sesame Seeds
½ cup ground Buckwheat Groats
4 chopped soaked Dates
  1 tablespoon Raw Agave Nectar

Blend finely ground ingredients with 3 bananas in blender. Mix ingredients with 1 diced Banana in mixing bowl with chopped Dates and Raw Agave. Dehydrate as two separate loaves below 120º F for 8 hours. Flip bread loaves after 4 hours.

Raw Almonds, Shelled

Raw Almond Milk
¼ cup soaked Almonds (approximately 1/8 cup before soaking)
1 tablespoon Raw Honey
20 oz Water
3 Brazilian Nuts (for Selenium)

Blend ingredients thoroughly and strain through a fine strainer. Milk can be refrigerated for 3 to 4 days.

Cashew Milk

Raw Cashew Yogurt
2 cups soaked Raw Cashews
2 or more cups Rejuvelac†
¼ cup Medjool Date paste
½ Vanilla bean or 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Blend the Cashews and Rejuvelac in a blender until creamy and smooth. Strain through a fine strainer or through a sprout bag. Place the contents in a glass jar and allow the contents to ferment another eight to twelve hours in warm but NOT HOT location. Add the Date paste and Vanilla extract after fermenting and mix. Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Makes an excellent salad dressing.

Food Revolution

Raw Sesame Seed Milk
¼ cup soaked Brown Sesame Seeds
1 tablespoon Raw Honey
20 oz Water
3 Brazilian Nuts (for Selenium)

Blend ingredients thoroughly and strain through a fine strainer. Use a cheesecloth with the strainer if you wish to reduce the amount solids. Milk can be refrigerated for 3 to 4 days.

Rejuvelac

2 cups sprouted Rye or Wheat Berries, or other heavy grain.

After sprouting seeds to about 1cm in height, ferment the sprouts in filtered water.
It is important that the water not be high in chlorine as this will interfere with fermentation and taste. Keep the fermenting Rejuvelac in a dark environment at approximately 70°F for 2 days. Will keep for a few days in refrigerator until ready to use in a recipe.

     

Hulled Hemp Seeds

Hemp Seed Milk
¼ cup soaked Hemp Seeds
1 tablespoon Raw Honey
Fill blender ½" to 1" above seeds.
Add one whole banana if you wish to make into smoothie.

Blend ingredients thoroughly, add more water until desired consistency. Chill and enjoy.

Hemp Seed Oil

Hemp Seed Oil French Dressing
4 tablespoons Hemp Seed Oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1-½ tablespoons Nama Shoyu (Raw Soy Sauce)
1 tablespoon Raw Honey

Whisk contents immediately before using and pour over a raw salad. Makes approximately one serving.
